Lincoln, Nebraska's Original New Mexican BBQ Fusion
new Mexican BBQ Fusion is here!
Muchachos is a food truck and restaurant that’s dedicated to tradition. Well, family tradition that is. That’s because we’re mashing together New Mexican cuisine with old Mexican favorites in a truly inspired menu built to satisfy. And you’re only gonna get it in Nebraska. We are now offering coffee, craft beers and margaritas.

From Lincoln and beyond
Food Truck & Eatery
Today, Muchachos has grown from a food truck to now also opening a brick & mortar in the heart of downtown Lincoln. Muchachos doors are open to anyone and everyone.

The man behind the flavors
Meet Our Chef
At the heart of Muchachos, is family. It’s what inspired Nick Maestas to dream up the concept of Muchachos.

Yo!
I'm Nick Maestas

I took the New Mexican flavors I grew up watching my grandparents prepare and mixed it with my own love of smoking bbq.

Pork was delicious, salsas were great, queso was fantastic, and chips and tortillas were great to give all those eating different options (nachos/tacos).
I’ve eaten at their truck and at this brick and mortar location, so was curious how this new tailgate meal would be. It was just as good as my previous experiences when dining in.
I’ll definitely order this again for another Husker game.

it was a little bit hot to wait for the order next time I won't go as soon as they start serving

E.T.A.- tonight's quarantine cuisine did not disappoint!

Edit: I didn’t think it could get any better than the breakfast tacos, pork belly, to be exact, and then I tried the fry bread breakfast tacos at Brunch on the Square. Sweet Jesus, hallelujah. It is possible I may have had a religious experience...

Please support them when you can. They have been supporting first and emergency responders, emergency management and many families in this disaster. Your patronage will allow them to keep helping out with their kindness....and the food is amazing!
